«Uliassi» by Mauro Uliassi and «La Madonnina del Pescatore» by Moreno Cedroni, two restaurants in the Marche region of Senigallia, received the maximum score from the guide «The restaurants and wines of Italy 2020» by L'Espresso: five hats.
In Italy only ten restaurants have obtained this score, and two of these are from the Marche region.
The Espresso 2020 guide presented in Florence then awarded 19 Marche restaurants from one to three hats, which confirms that the Marche is the region par excellence for good living also thanks to the quality of the food and cuisine, as well as the landscape.
